Welcome to SUPER CASH! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SUPER CASH mobile application and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using SUPER CASH, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our app.
1. About SUPER CASH
SUPER CASH is a mobile platform that allows users to:
- Purchase airtime and data bundles.
- Pay for electricity and TV subscriptions.
- Obtain and manage virtual cards for online transactions.
SUPER CASH is operated by Super Cash Limited, registered in Nigeria and compliant with relevant financial service regulations.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 5+ years old.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- Provide accurate personal details when registering an account.
3. Account Registration
- You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and updated information.
- You must keep your login details confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
- We are not responsible for losses due to your failure to protect your account credentials.
4. Services and Transactions
- Airtime & Data: Purchases are processed instantly but may sometimes delay due to network issues.
- Bill Payments: Payments for electricity and TV subscriptions are final and non-refundable once processed.
- Virtual Cards: Issued in partnership with authorized financial institutions; terms of the card issuer may also apply.
5. Fees & Charges
- Service fees, where applicable, will be displayed before you confirm a transaction.
- All payments are final unless proven to be caused by an error on our part.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use SUPER CASH for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.
- Interfere with the app’s functionality or security.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit any part of the app’s code or systems.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
- We will use reasonable care in providing our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
- SUPER CASH is not liable for delays, failures, or losses caused by third-party providers (e.g., telecom operators, payment gateways).
- Your use of the app is at your own risk.
8. Regulatory Compliance
- SUPER CASH complies with Nigerian laws and regulations, including Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) guidelines, NITDA Data Protection Regulation, and anti-money laundering (AML) policies.
- We may request additional identity verification (KYC) documents as required by law.
9. Intellectual Property
- All trademarks, logos, and content within SUPER CASH are our property or licensed to us.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Breach these Terms.
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Provide false information.
- You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team.
11. Changes to the Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the courts of Nigeria.
